To my super second graders

Greetings Spectacular Students,

I miss you so much!  I am doing just fine, and my ACL is healing very nicely.  The surgery went perfectly.

Now I am resting on the couch with my dog Bear.  My leg is strapped into a continuous motion machine that constantly bends and straightens it.  I'm supposed to have it on for six hours a day.  I also have an ice machine attached to my leg to keep the swelling down.  None of it hurts at all.  Plus, I'm reading a ton of good books!
